I'm feeling the effects but I will say they are absolutely the most boring dvds I have ever had to sit through. I just have to keep telling myself when I see results it will be completely...
I am doing Cardio I-II/Ab Ripper 100 today. I think I am going to start adding in more cardio. I think then I will be a little more confident about results. If anyone else is either doing this or has done this let me know. I would love to hear your experiences.
